This code (including the BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, from time to time in effect and as adopted by Chapter 15.08 of the city municipal code), shall be known and cited as the "Columbia rental property maintenance code" and may be hereafter in this code referred to as "this code" or the "rental property maintenance code."
